Job summary

Printer Production Associate in Chesapeake, VA is a hands-on role supporting printing and mailing operations. You will operate multiple machines, insert documents into envelopes, and ensure accurate sorting and preparation for mailing. A detail-oriented and team-focused attitude is essential.

This position may require standing most of the shift and lifting up to 50 pounds, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic production environment and to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing, inserting, labeling, and sorting machines for statements, health cards, and loyalty cards.
• Manually insert documents into envelopes, affix tags, and mail items in packages.
• Operate presorting machines to sort mail and request reprints if needed.
• Place sorted mail into bins for delivery to the post office with accuracy.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve productivity, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
