The Printing Operations position sits within our Bank Operations group, supporting daily tasks to produce, print, and mail account statements, notices, and letters using software, printers, and mailing equipment. You will contribute to inbound/outbound mail handling and ensure timely processing in a warehouse environment.
Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM, with rare weekend hours as needed. The role requires reliability, attentiveness, and the ability to learn department procedures
This position is part of the Printing Operations department within our Bank Operations group. Print is responsible for many critical daily tasks including, but not limited to, creating, printing, and mailing account statements, notices, and letters. These tasks are completed by utilizing various software applications, high speed printers and automated mailing equipment. This team is also responsible for the receipt and delivery of mail items received into our operations facility.
Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM. Infrequent weekend hours may be required based on business needs.
In addition, the position is expected to read, reference, and interpret written departmental procedures, cross train on department tasks, make suggestions to correct or enhance existing processes, and take advantage of available opportunities to develop a deeper understanding of applicable regulations, operational compliance, and the banking industry to support career development and growth.
