PDS Tech Commercial invites you to join a state‑of‑the‑art facility in Chesapeake, VA as a Production Associate. You will operate high‑speed printing and sorting machines to produce essential documents and cards, and help with packing and mail preparation.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd and 3rd with pay from $18.00 to $20.16 per hour and opportunities for overtime. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, teamwork, and willingness to cross‑train on multiple machines.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for data entry and navigating systems.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Physical ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift 20–50 lbs.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed machines that print, sort, and prepare essential documents and cards.
• Manually insert forms into envelopes, tag plastic cards, and package mail for shipment.
• Use presorting machines to filter out damaged mail and request reprints when necessary.
• Load and unload materials, perform quality checks, and verify each batch against job tickets.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production, safety, and quality goals.
• Participate in cross-training to learn and operate multiple machines and systems.

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a world-class leader in the global finance solutions industry to hire Production Associates at our state-of-the-art facility. In this role, you'll receive hands-on training to operate a variety of printing and sorting machines that produce critical documents—from bank statements and loyalty cards to health insurance cards.

As a key part of the production process, your attention to detail and technical skills will help ensure that each batch is printed accurately, securely, and on time. This is your opportunity to launch or grow a career in a high-demand industry with long-term potential.

Available Shifts:

1st Shift 6am to 2pm - Sunday - Thursday $18

1st shift 6am to 2pm - Tuesday - Saturday $18

2nd Shift - 2pm to 10pm Sunday - Thursday $19.44

2nd shift - 2pm to 10pm - Tuesday - Saturday $19.44

3rd Shift 10pm to 6am - Sunday - Thursday $20.16

3rd Shift 10pm to 6am Monday - Friday night $20.16

What You’ll Do

Pay Details

$18.00 to $20.16 per hour
