Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or general labor is preferred.
• Wamiliarity with basic computer tasks for shift logs and checklists.
• Ability to read instructions and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires to assess retread suitability.
• Buff the casing to remove worn tread.
• Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the casing.
• Apply rubber cement orpatch to repair the casing.
• Apply new tread and build the tire.
• Cure the tire to mold the retread application.
• Conduct final inspection for safety and quality.
