Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English for safety and training.
• Experience reading blueprints and diagrams preferred.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production flow.
• Load raw materials and components accurately and safely.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions for setup and troubleshooting.
• Use hand and power tools effectively and in compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures diligently; communicate safety concerns promptly.

Position Details:

• Location: Everett, WA

• Schedule Options:

• Monday-Thursday, with shifts from 05:00 AM – 03:30 PM or 03:15 PM – 01:45 AM

• Tuesday-Friday, with shifts from 05:00 AM – 03:30 PM or 03:15 PM – 01:45 AM

• Compensation: Starting at $20.24 - $22.24 per hour, with available overtime

• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire through Adecco

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production flow

• Load raw materials and components accurately and safely

• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions for setup and troubleshooting

• Use hand and power tools effectively and in compliance with safety protocols

• Physically capable of standing for up to 10 hours, walking around the warehouse, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details:

$20.24 to $22.24 per hour
