Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading exterior building products manufacturer based in North America. The Production Associate 2 role at Aperture Solutions focuses on windows and doors assembly, safety, quality, and efficiency in the plant.

Qualifications

• Read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Operate power tools with dexterity and follow PPE requirements.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain quality and reduce waste per standard work.
• Communicate clearly and ask questions when needed.
• Demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Cross-train across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble, lift, and pack products.
• Support and participate in employee engagement activities.
• Follow defined clean-up times and safety policies.
• Work to an established rate based on customer demand.
• Assist in training co-workers and improving standard work.
• Identify issues and communicate problems for resolution.
• Perform other duties across the plant as directed.
