Kelly Services in Cary, IL is hiring a Machine Operator to join a premier manufacturing client. The role offers a starting pay of $22.30–$24.30 per hour, full-time schedule, and training with no experience required.

Pay Rate: $22.30 - $24.30 per hour

Shift:

• 1st: 6:00am - 2:30pm (Mon - Fri)

• 2nd: 2:30pm - 1:30pm (Mon - Fri)

• 3rd: 10:00pm - 6:30am (Sun - Thurs)

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment

• Feeding materials for processing, adjusting machine settings, and performing minor repairs as needed

• Pulling finished products from the line and checking/inspecting results against predetermined tolerances

• Working from process sheets or written and verbal instructions to complete production tasks

• Reporting to the shift supervisor or production lead
