Kelly Services in Halls, TN is seeking a Production Operator to join a premier manufacturing client. You will operate production line machinery, perform general labor tasks, and ensure safety and quality on the line.

Qualifications

• Experience as a production line or machine operator is preferred but not required.
• Ability to reliably work 1st shift hours.

Shift: 6am-6pm Monday-Friday (may be required to work 8 hours on Saturday)

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating production line machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards
• Performing general labor tasks such as material handling and assembly
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures, including the use of PPE (steel/composite toe footwear, Kelly T-shirt, hard hat, safety glasses, and safety vest)
• Reporting to the shift supervisor and collaborating with team members to achieve production goals

This job might be an outstanding fit if you

• Have previous experience as a production line operator, machine operator, or general laborer (preferred but not required)
• Are able to work 1st shift hours reliably
• Can wear and maintain required PPE, including steel/composite toe footwear
