2nd shift - 2pm – 10:30pm - Monday to Friday
Pay rate: $23.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
Operate spray drying systems, evaporators, pumps, homogenizers, and associated processing equipment safely and efficiently.
Start up, monitor, adjust, and shut down spray drying operations according to established procedures and production requirements.
Monitor critical process parameters, including temperatures, pressures, airflow, feed rates, moisture levels, and product quality attributes.
Perform equipment setup, product changeovers, and line clearance activities as required.
Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
Execute Cleaning-In-Place (CIP), sanitation, and equipment cleaning procedures according to established schedules and requirements.
Perform warehouse and material‑handling activities, including replenishment of reservoirs, material breakdown, staging, picking, weighing, and movement of raw materials and finished products.
Safely operate forklifts and other approved material‑handling equipment to retrieve, stage, and move materials as required.
Pick and weigh materials accurately according to batch requirements and production instructions.
Load and unload trucks, move materials, locate and pick stock, and pack orders as assigned.
