Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Production Associate to support the donation processing and merchandise preparation workflow. You will greet guests and donors, sort and stock merchandise, and assist with donation intake as needed.

This role requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, and work with individuals of varying abilities. A positive, flexible approach and willingness to cross-train are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process donations according to established Best Practices of ESGW.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and/or remove merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greet and assist guests and/or donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned.
• Cross-train and assist in all aspects of production as directed.
