Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate 1 to support fabrication and assembly of window components. The role starts at 7am with tasks across multiple departments, including tool operation, material handling, and quality checks.

You will follow safety guidelines, participate in cross-rotation, and assist with training while contributing to on-time production and continuous improvement efforts. Full-time benefits apply from day one.

Qualifications

• Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1/32”
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to read and interpret common data and instructions
• Capable of defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts
• Capable of using computerized equipment

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to build window units
• Lift windows onto build tables and roller racks
• Move carts in and out of production areas
• Use saws to cut wood and mull units
• Apply hardware to units with appropriate tooling
• Operate stretch wrapping equipment
• Use production reports to assist planning
• Contribute to quality audits and problem solving
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE
• Participate in cross-rotation and training
