Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate to fabricate parts for final window assemblies. This role is in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with heavy lifting and repetitive tasks, across multiple departments.

Base pay starts at $18.00 per hour with first shift, Monday–Friday 6:00 am–2:30 pm, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and PTO. Union programs may vary by location and agreement.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Read work orders and production schedules for instructions.
• Operate hand tools and transfer components safely.
• Must be able to stand all day in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to speak and read English for safety and training.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, or tend running machines.
• Operate saws, punches, drills, or drill press machines.
• Set and glaze glass units in frames/sashes.
• Assemble parts to finish windows and patio doors.
• Apply labels, clean finished product, and check operation.
