Seal & Design is a world-class facility and leading manufacturer and distributer of die cut gaskets, seals, O-rings and molded rubber and plastic products. The Production Associate fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye toward process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards. Learn process flow and manufacturing concepts in a live production environment.

Shift: 6:00a - 2:30p. Pay: $22 - $26.

Qualifications

• Machinery operation experience preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Read, write and speak English.

• Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection.
• Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines.
