The Production Associate fabricates orders, learns process flow in a live production environment, and supports other departments to meet deadlines. The role requires safe operation of machinery, first-piece and in-process inspections, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English.
• Mechanical/manufacturing background is a plus.

Production Associate

- Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

Learn process flow and manufacturing concepts in a live production environment.

Role Functions

• Operates machinery safely according to company policies
• Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection
• Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines

Shift: 2:15p - 12:45a

Pay: $22 - $27
