Seal & Design is seeking a Production Associate to fabricate orders according to job specifications while prioritizing process improvement, quality, and productivity. You will learn process flow and manufacturing concepts in a live production environment, operating machinery safely and performing inspections as part of a cross-trained team.

The role supports quick, accurate manufacturing in a fast-paced setting with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of detail.

Production Associate- Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

Learn process flow and manufacturing concepts in a live production environment.

Role Functions:

Operates machinery safely according to company policies

Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection

Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines

Shift: 6:00a - 2:30p

Pay: $22 -$27

Ability to use measurement toolsaccurately

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals

Ability to multi-task

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Ability to read, write and speak in English
