Seal & Design, Inc. in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Production Associate for first shift to fabricate orders per job specifications, with emphasis on quality and productivity.

You will operate machinery safely, perform inspections, and cross-train across departments to support process improvements. A minimum of 1 year in manufacturing and a HS diploma are required; basic computer skills are expected.

Seal & Design, Inc. is a family owned company founded in Clarence, NY with three divisions located across the U.S. and Canada. Our product line includes gaskets, o-rings, seals, molded products, die-cut foams, and many other specific products for all kinds of sealing applications. We provide superior products to our customers across many industries, including: Automotive, Medical, Military, Aerospace, Electronics, Power Generation, Hydraulics, and HVAC.

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team, on first shift!

• Monday - Friday: 6am - 2:30pm
• Pay Range: $21.00-$25.50

Overview: Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery safely according to company policies
• Perform secondary inspection and advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspends sorting until issue is resolved
• Cross train and assist in other departments as required

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding:

Experience:1 year of manufacturing experience

Education:HS Diploma

Skills:Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software, basic math and language skills, strong attention to detail
