Job summary

Seal & Design in Town of Clarence, NY, is seeking a Production Associate to fabricate orders per job specs, while learning process flow in a live production environment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced plant.

You will operate machinery, perform first-piece and in-process inspections, and cross-train across departments to meet production needs. Shift is 2:15 PM to 12:45 AM, with hourly pay between $22 and $27 plus a robust benefits package including 401(k),

Qualifications

• Fabricates orders to spec with focus on quality and productivity.
• Learn process flow and manufacturing concepts on the shop floor.
• Experience with first-piece and in-process inspections is beneficial.
