Seal & Design, Inc. is a family-owned manufacturer offering gaskets, o-rings, seals and molded products across multiple industries. We’re seeking a Production Associate for first shift to fabricate orders and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include operating machinery safely, performing quality checks and assisting in other departments as needed. Candidates should have 1 year of manufacturing experience and a HS diploma, with strong computer, math and attention to detail skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• HS Diploma
• Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software, basic math and language skills

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely according to company policies
• Perform secondary inspection and advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspends sorting until issue is resolved
• Cross train and assist in other departments as required

Our product line includes gaskets, o-rings, seals, molded products, die-cut foams, and many other specific products for all kinds of sealing applications. We provide superior products to our customers across many industries, including: Automotive, Medical, Military, Aerospace, Electronics, Power Generation, Hydraulics, and HVAC.

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team, on first shift!

• Monday - Friday: 6am - 2:30pm
• Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00

Overview:

Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.
