The Production Associate will fabricate orders, learn process flow, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. The role requires safe operation of machinery, quality inspection, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals.

Production Associate

- Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

Learn process flow and manufacturing concepts in a live production environment.

Role Functions:

Operates machinery safely according to company policies

Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection

Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines

Shift: 2:15p - 12:45a

Pay: $22 - $27

Ability to use measurement tools accurately

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals

Ability to multi-task

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
