Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Production Folder for a permanent role in York, PA. You will support general production tasks in a warehouse, fold garments, and operate folding equipment after training. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential for meeting quality standards.

Physical stamina to stand long shifts and reliable attendance are required. This onsite position offers standard benefits and a path for growth within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in general production or warehouse production environments.
• Ability to perform material handling and general labor tasks safely and efficiently.
• Capable of folding garments manually and operating an industrial garment folding machine after training.
• Strong attention to detail to consistently meet department quality requirements.
• Ability to follow strict, detailed instructions for operating equipment and completing routine tasks.
• Basic numerical skills and understanding of numerical concepts to perform simple mathematical operations.
• Capacity to work without constant supervision and ensure products are produced on time and meet standards.
• Reliability in attendance as an essential job function.
• Physical ability to stand for approximately 7 hours per shift.

• Familiarity with optimizing use of production equipment and materials under supervision.

• Understanding of health and safety practices in a production or warehouse environment.

• Comfort working with basic production and warehouse equipment.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
