Job Title: Production Associate
This role supports multiple departments within a manufacturing plant by operating equipment, assembling products, performing visual inspections, and packaging items for shipment. You will help maintain production goals set by supervisors while following safety and quality standards. The position involves cross-training across different areas of the facility and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
Current openings are on second shift, working 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, on an 8-hour schedule. Team members work on their feet for the entire shift and handle materials that can weigh up to 50 pounds. The facility operates with standard industrial safety practices, production machinery, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
The pay range for this position is $19.14 - $19.14/hr.
