Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Press Operator Assistant / Material Handler for a 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:15 PM-1:45 AM) in West York, PA. The role involves assisting with press equipment, material handling, forklift operation, and quality checks. Training provided and room for advancement.

The position is contract-to-hire with a 3-day weekend and onsite work. Pay is $20.00 per hour, with full benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing, machine operation, or material handling experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic paperwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift/pull truck to transport materials
• Inspect products and complete basic quality checks
• Prepare, package, and move finished products for shipping

• Keep work areas organized and materials supplied to the press

Pay and Benefits
