Job summary

Domino's is seeking team members to join the pizza dough production line. You will process and manufacture dough, rotate roles, and operate processing equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to food safety, accurate production records, and teamwork to meet daily targets. The position involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working Sundays and Fridays with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory control.
• Willingness to obtain certification to operate warehouse equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Process and manufacture pizza dough, including mixing, placing, and stacking.
• Rotate between dough maker, placer, and stacker.
• Operate, monitor, and clean dough processing equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Job Description

Schedule:

• Shift: 9:00am Start and 5 days per weekbased on business needs.
• Must work Sundays and Fridays and 2-3 additional days. Generally closed on Saturday unless required during high-volume times, holidays, etc. Needs to be flexible for overtime and Saturdays and varying start times as needed from time to time.
• We have some flexibility to start shift earlier and work 4 day work weeks if needed.

Wage:

• Employee bonus potential up to 2% annually, prorated upon start date

Responsibilities and Duties

• Process and manufacture pizza dough, including mixing, placing, and stacking
• Rotate between various positions such as dough maker, placer, and stacker
• Operate, monitor, and clean dough processing equipment
• Adhere to food safety regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate production records and manage inventory of materials
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Participate in cross-training for warehouse or sanitation duties as needed

Sanitation Responsibilities including, Production equipment, and General cleaning tasks

• Clean and sanitize Vemag dough divider, production mixers, production mixing bowls, dough rounder, and food contact conveyor belts
• Maintain detailed cleaning/sanitation logs required for FDA documentation
• Properly store all sanitation tools and equipment
• Clean flour small ingredients room
• Ensure production’s and dough cooler’s floor are swept and dry
• Clean/Sanitize production room walls
• Ensure tray washer area is clean and sanitize as required by SOP guidelines
• Ensure spiral floor and platforms are cleared of dough
• Empty all dough waste containers
• Ensure trash and recycling in production rooms is disposed of daily and receptacles are cleaned and sanitized

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary.
