Domino's in Erlanger, KY is seeking a dough production associate to support pizza dough manufacturing, mixing, placing and stacking. You will rotate through dough maker, placer and stacker roles, operate and sanitize equipment, and help maintain quality and safety standards.

The role includes adherence to FDA-compliant sanitation logs, production records, and teamwork to meet daily production goals. Evening shifts available with competitive wages and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Job Description

Schedule:

• Tuesday - Friday, 3:00pm - 1:00am (emphasis on sanitation)
• Sun, Mon, Thurs, Friday, 10am to 8:30pm

Wage:

• $22.00 an hour

Responsibilities And Duties

• Process and manufacture pizza dough, including mixing, placing, and stacking
• Rotate between various positions such as dough maker, placer, and stacker
• Operate, monitor, and clean dough processing equipment
• Adhere to food safety regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate production records and manage inventory of materials
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Participate in cross-training for warehouse or sanitation duties as needed

Sanitation Responsibilities Including, Production Equipment, And General Cleaning Tasks

• Clean and sanitize Vemag dough divider, production mixers, production mixing bowls, dough rounder, and food contact conveyor belts
• Maintain detailed cleaning/sanitation logs required for FDA documentation
• Properly store all sanitation tools and equipment
• Clean flour small ingredients room
• Ensure production's and dough cooler's floor are swept and dry
• Ensure proper floor drainage in production room (clean floor drains)
• Clean/Sanitize production room walls
• Ensure tray washer area is clean and sanitize as required by SOP guidelines
• Ensure spiral floor and platforms are cleared of dough
• Empty all dough waste containers
• Ensure trash and recycling in production rooms is disposed of daily and receptacles are cleaned and sanitized

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary
