Job summary

Cornerstone Capital Bank seeks a Licensed Production Associate to join our mortgage team. You will welcome Realtors and clients, monitor workflow to ensure timely closings, and stay informed about market conditions while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

You will coordinate with borrowers, processors, and title companies to expedite the mortgage process, request documentation, and handle income calculations with high attention to detail, delivering excellent service daily.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer and technology-related skills.
• Must be extremely organized.
• CRM/Salesforce experience and knowledge of working within a database is a plus.
• NMLS license appears to be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to Realtors and Clients.

• Market, service, and promote the Company’s loan products
