Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking operators to run thermoforming and related machinery on site in Wisconsin. You will perform material checks, operate equipment, and help maintain quality standards while meeting production timelines.

Team members may choose 10-hour or 12-hour shifts; those on 12-hour shifts earn an extra $2 per hour. The role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement within a growing manufacturing environment.

Role Facts

• Choose the schedule that works best for you! With 10-hour or 12 hour shifts available, Team members who choose working a 12-hour shift will earn an addition $2.00 per hour premium.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs
• Material Precision: Perform material quality checks to ensure proper width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed
• Enforce High Quality Standards: Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
