Job summary

AmeriLux seeks a dedicated equipment operator to run thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter and table saws to meet production schedules.

You will perform material quality checks for width and length, ensure adherence to specifications, and support safety and efficiency metrics on the line.

Role Facts:

• Choose the schedule that works best for you! With 10-hour or 12 hour shifts available, Team members who choose working a 12-hour shift will earn an addition $2.00 per hour premium.

• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs.
• Material Precision: Perform material quality checks to ensure proper width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed.
• Enforce High Quality Standards: Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
