Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Operator on the second shift (4:15pm-2:45am) in Menomonie, Wisconsin. You will operate thermoforming and compression machinery, run drill presses, and ensure product quality to meet strict specifications.

• Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs
• Perform material quality checks to ensure proper width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed
• Enforce High Quality Standards: Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost

Role Facts:

• Choose the schedule that works best for you! With 10-hour or 12 hour shifts available, Team members who choose working a 12-hour shift will earn an addition $2.00 per hour premium.
