Job summary

AmeriLux is seeking a hands-on Logistics Operator to support loading/unloading of shipments and operate a range of machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will help manage inventory while supporting cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

Job Duties | Qualifications

• Logistics Support: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and organization of materials.
• Machinery Operation: Operate a variety of tools and machinery, including but not limited to drill presses, miter saws, and table saws, in a safe and effective manner.
• Inventory Management: Assist to help streamline inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting while gaining exposure to supply chain operations and material forecasting.
• Career Advancement: Train cross functionally to take on new challenges and progress to higher operations roles.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

• Physical Requirements: Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 30 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment.
