Job summary

AmeriLux in Wisconsin is seeking team members for our second shift (4:15pm-2:45am). Choose 10- or 12-hour shifts; a 12-hour shift earns an additional $2.00 per hour premium.

You will operate thermoforming and other machinery, perform material quality checks, and help uphold company standards and timelines while collaborating on safety, quality, and cost metrics. Role Facts:

• Choose the schedule that works best for you! With 10-hour or 12 hour shifts available, Team members who choose working a 12-hour shift will earn an additional $2.00 per hour premium.

• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs.
• Material Precision: Perform material quality checks to ensure proper width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed.
• Enforce High Quality Standards: Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
