Job summary

Senneca in Mankato, Minnesota is seeking reliable hands-on workers for our second shift. Build and assemble products using hand tools, read blueprints, and follow detailed instructions to ensure quality and on-time production.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively; willingness to learn and cross-train.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time.
• Learn materials, processes, and equipment to grow your skills.
• Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the operation.

Spots on our 2nd Shift are Available!

Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.
Some overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours)
Shift Differential: $1.50/hour
Areas: Pre‑Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Heavy Assembly, Prime/Prep, Final Assembly
