Job summary

Chase Doors in Mankato, Minnesota, is seeking reliable individuals to join our hands-on production team. Build and assemble products using hand tools, read blueprints, and follow detailed instructions to ensure quality and safety.

You will support various production areas, maintain a clean workspace, and contribute to on-time delivery. You should have 1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on experience, be comfortable with hand tools and reading blueprints, and communicate well with teammates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools and reading blueprints.

Requirements

Work Schedule

Monday-Thursday, 4:30 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. (Some overtime available on Fridays [40+ hours])

Shift Differential: $1.50/hour

Areas: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Heavy Assembly, Prime/Prep, Final Assembly
