Overview

We’re a hands- on team looking for reliable people who enjoy working with their hands and seeing the results of their work every day in Mankato, Minnesota.

Shift Details

Monday-Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. Some overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours). Shift Differential: $1.50/hour. Areas: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Heavy Assembly, Prime/Prep, Final Assembly.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions


• Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality


• Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing


• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace


• Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time


• Learn materials, processes, and equipment to grow your skills


• Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently


• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the operation

Requirements

• 1+ year of manufacturing or hands- on work experience preferred


• Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints


• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work


• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively


• Willingness to learn and cross- train


• Good communication and teamwork skills


• High School Diploma or GED preferred
