Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. Some overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours) Shift Differential: $1.50/hour Areas: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Heavy Assembly, Prime/Prep, Final Assembly

What You’ll Do (Description / Key Responsibilities)

• Buildand assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions
• Readblueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality
• Supportproduction in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing
• Maintaina safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Followjob tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time
• Learnmaterials, processes, and equipment to grow your skills
• Workas part of a team to keep production moving efficiently
• Takeon additional tasks as needed to support the operation

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• 1+year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred
• Comfortableusing hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints
• Strongattention to detail and pride in quality work
• Abilityto stay organized and manage time effectively
