Job summary

SURESTAFF is hiring Production Associates for a fragrance & scent manufacturing client in Carol Stream, IL. You will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and contribute to all stages of production to meet efficiency and quality standards.

This temp-to-hire position offers shifts across three times and a competitive pay of $17-19 per hour plus a benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and sound judgement.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools, machinery, and equipment to produce goods and materials.
• Follow instructions and adhere to plant safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area to ensure a safe environment.
• Prepare and maintain materials and equipment at start, during, and end of production.
• Work with the production team to manufacture products from start to finish.
• Ensure completed products are packaged and materials meet product specifications.
• Position entails lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Production Associates for a fragrance & scent manufacturing client in Carol Stream, IL. As a Production Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of production of products meet or exceed efficiency and company quality standards. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $17-19/hr. as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available Shifts:

• 1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
• 2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• 3rd shift: 10:00p - 6:30am

Responsibilities of the Production Associates

• Operate tools, machinery, and equipment to produce goods and materials.
• Follow instructions and adhere to all plant safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift to ensure a safe work environment.
• Prepare and maintain materials and equipment at the start, during, and end of production.
• Works with entire production team to assist with manufacturing products from beginning to end.
• Ensures that all completed products are packaged and materials are correct according to product specifications
• Position entails lifting 50 lbs. throughout the shift.

Required Qualifications of the Production Associates

• Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
