Job summary

SURESTAFF is hiring Warehouse Associates for a large client in Bartlett, IL. The role involves picking, packing, shipping/receiving, and inventory control using RF Scanners in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shifts exist on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with overtime on a first-come, first-served basis. Competitive pay, health benefits, and referral bonuses are offered to temp-to-hire employees.

• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Load and unload pallets.
• Scan items into an inventory control system using RF Scanner.
• Safely & efficiently use warehouse equipment including pallet jack, hydraulic jack, RF Scanner, computers, and handheld printers.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions.

Job description

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Warehouse Associates for a large, well-known client in Bartlett, IL.

As a Warehouse Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including: Shipping & Receiving (Picker / Packer), Quality Assurance, Inventory Control (RF Scanners).

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17.05-$17.55/Hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

• 1st shift 6:00 am-2:00 pm
• 2nd shift 2:00 pm-10:00 pm
• 3rd shift 10:00 pm-6:00 am

Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.
