Job summary

IBC Roofing LLC is seeking a Production Assistant to support roofing operations in the field. You will be in the field with crews, helping with coordination, and learning roofing production. The role offers an opportunity to advance into leadership positions by showing initiative and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance as needed.
• General construction or handyman experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials and supplies to job sites.
• Ensure crews have tools and resources to stay productive.
• Assist with job site setup and support activities.
• Communicate updates between field crews and the production team.
• Take project photos and upload documentation into company systems.
• Track materials and report shortages or concerns.
• Perform basic site inspections and quality checks with training.
• Support Production Managers with daily tasks.
• Learn roofing systems, construction practices, and safety standards.
• Collect project completion documents from customers.
• Assist with payment collection from customers.

Production Assistant

As a Production Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our roofing operations team while gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, learning new skills, and growing within a company that invests in its people.

You won't spend your days behind a desk. Instead, you'll be in the field, supporting crews, assisting with project coordination, and learning the ins and outs of roofing production. For the right person, this position can serve as a pathway to Production Coordinator, Production Manager, and other leadership opportunities within the organization.

What You'll Do

As a Production Assistant, you'll help keep projects running efficiently by:

• Delivering materials and supplies to job sites
• Ensuring crews have the tools and resources needed to stay productive
• Assisting with job site setup and support activities

What We're Looking For

Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance as needed, General construction or handyman experience is a plus, Ability to troubleshoot and complete small repairs independently, Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
