RectorSeal Palm Coast is seeking a General Assembler to organize and assemble products for distribution, ensuring quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery. This is an on-site hourly role with a Monday–Thursday schedule (6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.), with overtime during peak times and year-end.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment in lieu of education.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
• On-site position with Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. shifts; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain stock records.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during assembly operations.
• Pack HVAC products securely for transit.
• Label, stock, and organize items for easy access and restocking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure parts and tools are stored properly to avoid delays or safety issues.
