Job summary

RectorSeal in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a General Assembler to organize and assemble products for distribution, ensuring quality control and on-time delivery. This on-site hourly role supports cross-department collaboration and customer satisfaction, with workdays Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Overtime may be required during peak periods. You will perform assembly, inventory checks, and keep a safe, clean work area while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or 6 months manufacturing/distribution experience.
• Willingness to work 8-12 hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain stock records.
• Collaborate with team to improve assembly efficiency.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Pack HVAC products securely for transit; label and organize items.
