Job summary

You will set up and calibrate equipment, inspect finished products for quality, follow standard work, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing. One year of related production experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically requires one year of related experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• Able to read and follow written documentation and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine to moderately complex assembly or subassembly on assigned products using machinery and/or tools.
• Sets up, maintains and calibrates equipment and monitors machinery for repairs.
• Inspects products for conformance to specifications and may rework deficient components.
• Communicates quality, production or safety issues to management and supports process improvements.
• Manages parts quantities and documents production actions as required.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and supports efficient process flow.
