Johnson Outdoors Inc. is seeking a Production Associate II in Minnesota to perform routine to moderately complex assembly and subassembly using machinery and tools, ensuring quality and on-time output.
You will set up and calibrate equipment, inspect finished goods, and participate with the team to streamline production, maintain safety, and meet daily targets. Requires a high school diploma and at least one year in manufacturing; pay is $19.50/hour with benefits.
Under general supervision and direction, performs routine to moderately complex assembly to achieve daily-targeted output, quality and productivity standards. Assembly functions may include mechanical or electrical subassembly or final assembly in compliance to company quality and workmanship standards.
Education: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Typically requires one year of related experience with a manufacturing production environment.
