Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine to complex assembly or subassembly on assigned products using machinery and/or tools; ensure accuracy and quality of finished products.
• Set up, maintain and calibrate equipment; monitor machinery and advise maintenance as needed.
• Inspect products for conformity to specifications and perform testing or rework as required.
• Identify issues and inform management; recommend improvements to production processes.
• Manage parts bin quantities and notify when stock is low to maintain production.
• Document actions by completing required production and quality forms.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with company procedures.
• Collaborate with team to streamline process flow and reduce waste.
• Promote safety policies and workmanship standards among team members.
• Provide guidance to less experienced employees and act as information resource.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
