Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Production Team Member in Sidney, OH to support the manufacture of compressors, condensing units, and components through manual assembly and automated equipment.

You will assemble, test, inspect, and package parts per schedules, safety rules, and quality standards in an ISO 9001 environment, rotating across line tasks and collaborating with colleagues while upholding core values.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand work instructions.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to rotate to different line jobs as needed.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Fit and assemble parts to create completed product.
• Read and follow work instructions to maintain production schedule.
• Verify dimensions and quality of parts and finished products.
• Rotate to various line positions, independently or with a team.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
