TAPCO in Brown Deer, WI is seeking a Production Assembler to join a cell-based manufacturing team. You will assemble, program, and test TAPCO products in a lean environment with a strong focus on quality and safety.

The role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, a first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and pay of $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include 401K, health, vision, and dental insurance, paid holidays, vacation and parental leave.
