Qualifications

• Interprets engineer drawings to pull correct parts and follow instructions.
• Assembles orders per engineered-to-order standards and documentation.
• Programs and tests finished TAPCO products.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform basic maintenance.
• Learns Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles and applies them daily.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings to ensure correct parts are used.
• Assemble custom orders per standards and documentation.
• Program and test finished products.
• Pack products with protective padding.
• Participate in cell changeovers and group improvement activities.
