TAPCO is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Assembler II in Brown Deer, WI. Earn $21.00–$25.00 hourly with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The role emphasizes assembling, programming, and testing TAPCO products in a Lean cell environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability to assemble components.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Strong math and measurement skills for units and tolerances.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Team-based work ethic with reliability and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings to pull correct parts.
• Assemble orders per engineered-to-order standards.
• Program and test finished products.
• Pack products with padding in appropriate containers.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices daily.
• Communicate with Cell/Team Leader and management as required.
