TAPCO is hiring a Production Assembler to build and test TAPCO products in a cell-based environment. You will interpret engineer drawings, assemble/ program, and test finished products while supporting lean manufacturing and 5S practices.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, strong teamwork, and good communication. We offer shift options (1st and 2nd), a sign-on bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits with a401(k) match to reward experience.

Qualificações

• Experience assembling panels and wire harnesses.
• Experience in a team/cell-based environment.
• Able to lift 40 lbs and handle material movement.
• Able to read and follow engineering documents and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret drawings to pull correct parts and assemble to order.
• Assemble, program, and test TAPCO products.
• Pack products into containers with padding and prepare for shipment.
• Support cell changeovers and participate in lean initiatives.
