Aerotek is hiring entry-level Production Associates / Electrical Assemblers for a fully onsite role in Nampa, ID. No prior manufacturing or electrical experience is required, and hands-on training will be provided as you learn assembly in medical, space, and defense sectors.

We offer a contract-to-hire path with daytime training first week and progression to assigned shifts; benefits cover medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA, life insurance, disability, and more. Location: Nampa, ID.

Day Shift

What You'll Do

Youll be trained to:

• Assemble electronic products and components
• Inspect and test finished parts
• Operate basic production equipment
• Package completed products
• Enter basic production information into computer systems
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
• Learn valuable manufacturing and electrical assembly skills

What We're Looking For

Previous assembly experience is NOT required. Successful candidates should:

• Be dependable and ready to learn

• Pay attention to detailBe able to stand for most of a 12-hour shift
• Be able to lift approximately 1015 lbs.

Training

Your first week will be completed on a daytime training schedule:

• Monday: 8:30 AM4:00 PM
• TuesdayFriday: 7:00 AM3:30 PM

After training, youll transition to your assigned shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
