Aerotek is hiring a Production Assembler in Palmetto, FL. This on-site role involves assembling electrical components, wiring, and testing control systems in a manufacturing setting. Flexible start times and a Monday–Friday schedule support work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will read electrical schematics, work with panels, and maintain quality while meeting production goals. Weekly pay and full benefits are available for eligible staff.

Schedule Options (Flexible Start Time)

• 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
• 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
• 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our growing team. This role is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control systems, panels, and components in a production/manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have hands-on electrical experience and pride themselves on quality workmanship and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components, control panels, and subassemblies according to schematics, blueprints, and work instructions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Palmetto, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
