Job summary

A Production Assembler position in Saint Paul, MN offers a temp-to-hire opportunity with a pay rate of $21.00-$25.00/hr. The role operates on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30AM-3PM, in a benchtop production environment assembling parts such as linear actuators, small motors, and wire harnesses.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts in a benchtop production environment.

• Soldering experience (hand soldering, through hole and surface mount components).
• Wire harness experience (Cutting, stripping, ultrasonic welding, applying pins and connectors, looming. Troubleshooting.).
• Computer skills desired.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The Production Assembler will be responsible for assembling parts in a benchtop production environment.
• Linear actuators.
• Small electric motors/clutches.
• Metal and plastic parts.
• Some wire harness work.
• Benchtop equipment operation as part of the assembly process.
• Use of hand tools is the majority of the job; drills, drivers, wrenches, ratchets, pliers, scissors/cutters, etc.
